The Huddle Up wraps around the Battle of the Bands event held in the same plaza from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
Motor coaches will depart the hotel at 2:15 pm. Please meet in the lobby by 2:00 pm.

Motor coaches will depart the hotel by 8:00 am. Please meet in the lobby to board transportation no later than 7:45 am. Motor coach parking is approximately a 15-minute walk to the stadium; ADA accommodations can be arranged, if needed.
