2:00 pm – 7:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
We will be located in the main lobby of The Westin Memphis Beale Street (170 Lt. George W Lee Ave, Memphis, TN 38103). Please swing by the hospitality room to receive your weekend credentials, welcome gift, and more!
4:00 pm | CHECK IN

Please join us at Charlie Vergos Rendezvous (52 S 2nd St, Memphis, TN 38103).
Charlie Vergos Rendezvous is an approximate 10-minute walk from the hotel (.4 mi), however a shuttle will be provided for those who may need assistance.
December 20th
